Almonds and white chocolate, we call it a heavenly combination for young and old! Especially when we have carefully selected both ingredients and chosen such a ratio that the butter is not oversweetened by any chance. We have been importing almonds from Spain for years, because it is not only a significantly more interesting and high-quality variety than the most common California variety. They are significantly sweeter and really big. After gentle roasting and grinding, we mix them with a good portion of artisanal white chocolate, which we make ourselves in our chocolate factory.
And delicious butter with a clean composition is in the world. You will like it just as it is, but also in porridges and fritters.
