We present to you Anton Kaapl Bierbrand, a unique beer distillate made by careful alcoholic fermentation and distillation of beer wort. This beer wort was specially prepared for our distillery according to the secret recipe of head brewer Jan Wünsche from Pivovar Jílovice. The result of this collaboration is a distillate with amazing sensory properties that subtly copies the captivating taste of beer.

Bierbrand is distilled by a master distiller and diluted with soft demineralized water from a 102-meter-deep borehole in the Klikovské formation of the Třeboň Basin. This process guarantees the distillate exceptional purity and finesse. No other ingredients.
