Unfiltered poppy seed GIN #3 POPPY AND HONEY is made by the distillation of an alcoholic macerate of Czech poppy seeds, apple brandy with honey, juniper, coriander and other herbs and spices. It is colored with the flower of the Clitoria ternatea. The intentionally left-in natural milky haze brings the full flavor and unfiltered character of our cloudy gins.
