This premium distillate is made by alcoholic fermentation and distillation of carefully selected plums, which are then diluted with soft demineralized water from a 102-meter-deep borehole in the Klikovské formation of the Třeboň Basin. No other additives, only pure and authentic taste.

Our slivovitz is made by multiple distillation from the kvass prepared from high-quality, sweet and ripe plums, which we carefully pit before loading. This process prevents the typical bitter almond flavor of the pits from entering the distillate. Thanks to the sensitivity of our master distiller and modern technology, a distinctively fine distillate with a fruity, sweet taste and a light aroma of plums is created. When maturing in stainless steel tanks, the taste becomes rounder and more captivating... the best without pits.
