• You can also prepare a strong broth similar to that of oxtail from rump.
• Premium quality beef rump from Czech-bred heifers and steers. Aged for 8-12 days. 
• Due to its high collagen content, it is suitable for slow cooking, stewing (in wine) and baking under a lid, for example with garlic.
