Product detailed description
We divide the pork shoulder (shoulder) into large, round, flat and slice. The meat is coarsely fibrous and sinewy and its surface is covered by a fatty membrane.
It is suitable for making goulash, szeged, baking and stewing (e.g. with caraway, mushrooms, vegetables).Compared to the neck or leg, it requires longer cooking. In minced form, the shoulder can be used to prepare meatballs or meatballs. It is also excellent smoked and is also used to prepare stewed ham.
Storage: Store the meat at a temperature of 0 to +3°C. Consume immediately after opening.
Take the meat out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (about an hour). Then start some preparations with the meat.
