BrainMax Magnesium Bisglycinate is based on the branded ingredient MagChel®, i.e. magnesium in the form of bisglycinate, where magnesium is bound to the amino acid glycine. In a daily dose it provides 225 mg of elemental magnesium. This contributes, for example, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function, or to reducing fatigue and exhaustion.
