BrainMax Omega 3 Fish Oil offers 300 mg EPA and 200 mg DHA in each softgel capsule in a superior rTG form with high absorption. Just 2 capsules a day cover the optimal dose (1000 mg EPA+DHA). The oil from small wild-caught fish is protected from oxidation by tocopherols and is subtly scented with rosemary. An ideal, convenient alternative to liquid oil.
