Procedure
In a large bowl, mix 1:1 water and mixture (100 g mixture + 100 ml water). Mix with a whisk until smooth. Immediately after mixing, sauté in ghee, butter or oil on medium heat. As soon as bubbles appear on the surface, turn and cook on the other side. One package makes about 50 medium-sized pancakes. How to make waffles from the mixture? You can also use the mixture to make great waffles! Mix 100 g of the mixture and 100 ml of water and mix with a whisk until you have a soft dough. Then just pour into a hot waffle iron and fry as needed until a golden, crispy crust forms. Enjoy waffles with a perfect texture and delicious taste.
