At ŠUFAN, we believe that nature itself invented the best flavors. That is why you will find 60% fruit extract in our syrup. The basis is ripe sour cherries, whose natural sweetness we have softened with a drop of lemon juice and a pinch of the best ground vanilla from Uganda. The result is a full-flavored syrup that doesn't just taste like sugar, but like real fruit.

Composition:

Fruit and spice extract 60% (sour cherries 54%, lemon juice, ground Uganda vanilla 1%), sugar, water, acidity regulator: citric acid.

Recommended dilution: 1:10.
