When passion for honest meat and craft tradition come together, a unique specialty is created. Chorizonad is the result of cooperation Čongráda and Pršutérie Chovaneček. A meat specialty with a strong taste, with at least 53% high-quality chorizo, seasoned with a pinch of smoked paprika, chili and fine spices.

We make it by hand using traditional methods from the highest quality ingredients, without chemicals or stabilizers.

• Chorizo (minimum 53%) is the basic ingredient that provides a strong, slightly spicy taste and juiciness.
• Chongrády scalded pork lard, which ensures a delicate texture.
• Red wine connects all the flavors.

Serving tip: Serve at room temperature and mix gently before consumption to perfectly combine the flavors. Chorizonade tastes great with fresh bread, a crispy baguette, on toasted toast and in a sandwich or burger. It goes well with pickled vegetables, roasted peppers, dried tomatoes or olives, which will highlight its distinctive taste.

• After opening, keep in the refrigerator at up to 8 °C and consume within 2 days.
