Coconut is a type of fruit that grows in tropical regions around the world. The water, pulp, and skin are used for many purposes. 

Coconut chips are obtained from the sun-dried pulp of coconuts, which is called “copra” when dried. The pulp is full of vegetable fats and fiber.

The use of coconut flakes is very wide:

• in breakfast porridges, muesli and granola
• in salads
• in soups with a drop of lemon - creamy soups (pumpkin or red lentil)
• baked or pan-fried they taste great both sweet and savory
