A meat specialty with a high proportion of dried prosciutto that will enchant you with its distinctive flavor and delicate texture.
We make it by hand according to traditional methods from the highest quality ingredients, without chemicals or stabilizers.
- Prosciutto (minimum 44%) – finely smoked and long-aged prosciutto adds an intense and rich flavor.
- Congrády's scalded pork lard – ensures a soft texture and delicate meat juiciness.
- Sundried tomatoes add a light acidity and emphasize the taste.
- Red wine connects all the flavors into one whole and adds light fruity tones.
