USE
The most well-known way to use essential oils is to inhale them from an aroma lamp. Add 3-8 drops of essential oil or blend to a container of water and let it evaporate freely. The specific amount depends on the type of essential oil, the size of the room and its ventilation. Essential oils and blends can also be used, for example, for inhalation in a sauna. We use them by dripping the oil onto a piece of cloth, pulp or paper and letting it evaporate. We can drip the essential oil into water and pour it directly onto the hot stones. In addition to inhalations, we use essential oils and their mixtures for baths, massages, compresses or for the preparation of aromatherapy cosmetics.
