👩‍🍳 Preparation tips:

1. Baking: Salt, Season with pepper and add herbs (rosemary, thyme, garlic). Bake at 180°C for about 35–40 minutes, until the meat is juicy.

2. Grilling: Marinate the thigh slices in olive oil, lemon and herbs and grill for 10–15 minutes on each side.

3. Stewing: Stew with onions, garlic and vegetables into a smooth sauce.

4. Minutes: Cut into smaller pieces, fry in a pan and serve with rice, potatoes or vegetables.

5. Rolls and fillings: The thigh slice can also be filled with cheese, ham and herbs, then baked as a roulade.
