We took ripe tomatoes, fresh ginger, a pinch of garlic and let them ferment. We also fermented lemons, even with the peel.
The result? Just the right deep-sweet-salty-sour taste, with a wonderful aroma of lemon essential oil, which goes great wherever a drop of lemon is a must.
Without: added preservatives, stabilizers, aromas or dyes.
