When honesty and taste come together, you get a flapjack with a twist. We prepared ours with love for quality ingredients - the base is made of gluten-free oatmeal, almond paste and ghee butter, which makes the bar beautifully soft, nutritious and naturally filling. The distinctive taste was provided by dried cherries, lyophilized sour cherries and a generous portion of our artisanal 70% dark chocolate. We didn't overdo it with the sweetness - we used chicory syrup and honey, which only add a subtle finishing touch and extra fiber.
No unnecessary ingredients, but with a generous portion of flavor. This flapjack is simply a companion for every occasion - for trips, to work, with coffee, and for an afternoon break. And what's more? Gluten-free and without compromise. 💪
