Great and honest forest mead
"Taste the delicious mead made from forest honey, containing only natural ingredients. We have been making forest mead for a good ten years according to our own original recipe, which is, however, very strict and excludes all dyes, flavors or preservatives. Because we do not use any flavorings, acidification or sweetening, the honey wine tastes like the honey from which it is made."
Forest mead is aged for at least a year and half
When the mead ferments, its taste is not yet as full and delicious, so we let it mature for at least a year and a half. Like wine, it needs its time and we give it that time. The reward is always a full, unadulterated and very exceptional taste.
Each batch is slightly different in taste, as it reflects the taste of the honey itself from which it is made. But they are all honest, cold-made and made only from natural products.

How did mead actually come about?
And who had that great idea? Nature itself – in times of extreme drought, bees occupied holes in baobab trees, and when heavy rains came, honey mixed with water and natural yeast. The mixture then fermented, creating the world's first yeast (and alcoholic) drink – mead, which was later discovered and loved by man.
