Honeydew or forest honey is one of the most valuable types of honey. Our bees 🐝 collect it in the forests of Bouzovsko and Jeseníky 🌲, where they feed on natural honeydew, which is produced on coniferous and deciduous trees. It is this origin that gives it its typical dark color, dense consistency, and complex flavor with a subtle resinous tone.
We do not filter, heat, or otherwise modify the honey - we just manually bottle it and fill it into jars. 🍯 Thanks to this, it retains all the natural enzymes, antioxidants, and minerals, which are significantly more abundant than classic flower honey. It crystallizes more slowly, retains its fluidity for a long time, and tastes exactly how honest forest honey should taste.
It is suitable for everyday sweetening of hot tea 🍵, on pastries, in porridge, but also as a gift specialty 🎁 for lovers of more distinctive flavors. It is honey that is based on Czech origin, handcraft, and respect for nature - and you will feel exactly that in every spoonful. 🌿
