A soft oat cookie with almond cream, Ceylon cinnamon, vanilla and honey smells like Christmas Eve and tastes like a throwback to childhood. It's gluten-free, sweetened only with chicory syrup and honey, and full of fiber. The ideal companion for travel, work or a cup of tea when there is a real snowstorm outside the window. ❄️
