With this glass, we open a completely new chapter where the salty Mediterranean plays the main role. The basis is Greek olives of the Colossal variety, which stand out for their fleshy pulp and soft, clean profile. We didn't want to overwhelm their natural freshness with heavy spices, so we only added a handful of crunchy sunflower seeds, a drop of garlic and a fair portion of Italian cheeses.  

This combination will instantly transport you to a summer vacation where time seems to pass more slowly. You don't need hours in the kitchen or complicated recipes. Just add to the pastries and fresh cheeses on the board in the middle of the table. The intense, charged flavor immediately sets off the right atmosphere. Every bite convinces you that a few honest ingredients are enough for an honest experience.  

Composition:

green Colossal olives 46%, extra virgin olive oil, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese 8%, Pecorino Corsaro cheese 8%, sunflower seeds, garlic, regulator acidity: citric acid, salt, pepper.
