True Tea presents you a traditional South American Yerba Maté tea with a refreshing bitter taste and a smoky aroma with a slight grapefruit and lemon flavor. 

Gunpowder tea comes from China, where in the eighth century AD during the Tang Dynasty, the local tea masters discovered that by rolling fresh green tea leaves into small pellets, the traditional properties of this tea will be better preserved and the substances contained in it will be better preserved. We brew Green Tea from leaves growing on the slopes near Tai Mu Mountain in Fujian Province, China. This area has long been known for growing high quality teas.
