🍔 Light Chicken Burger in a Brioche Bun
Here’s a tip for a quick and 🧡 light summer burger! We recently visited Linz 🇦🇹 to taste some local specialties, and on the way back (almost entirely on the new highway 😎), we brought home some luxurious French brioche buns 🥐 and a fantastic BBQ sauce 🔥.
🍅 Homegrown tomatoes and cucumbers from the garden, 🧀 cheese from Madeta, 🐔 juicy free-range chicken from @jeztomarket.cz – everything fresh and high-quality. I really enjoyed it! 😋 And it turned out to be a perfect light meal for the summer heat – it was 32 °C outside 🌞🌡️
🔪 How to make it:
Marinate the chicken (just use chicken seasoning + olive oil spray from @vilgain) and let it sit for at least 4 hours 📆
Prepare smaller chicken steaks and grill or sear them 🍳
Then layer it all into the brioche bun 🥯:
-
BBQ sauce
-
chicken steak
-
tomato 🍅
-
cucumber 🥒
-
slice of cheese 🧀
-
red onion 🧅
And you're done! Quick, fresh, and honestly delicious 🧑🍳✨
I’ll have to check if we can find similar brioche buns here in the Czech Republic – these ones really won me over! 😍 And I’m not even much of a baker 😅 They’re pretty hard to find in České Budějovice 🤷♂️
Enjoy your meal!
Yours ❤️ @jeztomarket.cz
