And now, thanks to gentle freeze-drying (lyophilization), you can enjoy them all year round! Raspberries are the fruit of the common raspberry, which is widespread throughout the temperate zone of the northern hemisphere. We can find it in the wild, especially in clearings or on the edges of forests, or it can also be grown in gardens as an artificially bred shrub. We then distinguish between wild and garden raspberries. There are even yellow raspberries.
Freeze-dried raspberries are light and beautifully crunchy. When in contact with water, they soften and return to almost their original state.
