This is the same recipe as our pistachio bun, which we enriched with crispy kataifi dough. This way we achieved a crunchy texture in the style of Dubai chocolate.

Ingredients: dried dates 59.6%, pistachio cream with baked kataifi noodles 33.3% (shea butter, sugar, pistachios 17%, wheat flour, skimmed milk powder, whey powder, wheat starch, milk, salt, rapeseed oil, emulsifier: rapeseed lecithin), low-fat cocoa powder 5.9%, ground pistachios 1.2%.

May contain traces of soy and other nuts.
