Fermented Milan salami is made according to an Italian recipe from selected pork and bacon. The recipe originally comes from Lombardy, Italy. It is characterized by a fresh, slightly spicy aroma, similar to Hungarian salami, but unlike it, it has a much finer structure.
The ripening time is approximately 2 months, depending on the diameter of the salami.
It is suitable for an appetizer plate and is best combined with pastries only. Its aroma develops best at room temperature before serving. Store in a cool place after unpacking.
