The meat comes from a closed farm in the foothills of the Novohradské Mountains, which will delight all lovers of quality meat. 

This is a cross between the Bílé otcovské breed and Peitrain, line 48. After slaughter, the meat is matured in halves for 3 days, hung in a cooling box. During this process, the muscle tissue is released and the meat is therefore soft and tender. We sell the meat vacuum-packed, where the meat is further matured. This method is very unique for pork. If you want to taste quality matured farm pork, do not hesitate to order from us and try it.
