Pai Mu Tan indulges in only the finest pleasures! For this exclusive tea, whose name translates as white peony, young leaves and buds are carefully hand-picked from the Chinese tea plant. Compared to green tea, it does not become bitter when steeped for a longer period. It got its name from the fine silver-white fluff on the underside of the leaf, which turns this color after drying. It takes 30,000 buds to make 1 kilo of tea. Pai Mu Tan tastes great with light summer salads or desserts, but it also goes well with Asian dishes.

Usage:

Preparation: Pour hot water (80 °C) over a tea bag per cup (approx. 250 ml) and let steep for 2-3 minutes.

The package contains 18 tea bags of 1 g each.

Storage: Store in a dry and cool place.
