Ingredients: Microfiltered wheyconcentrate, finely crushed defatted roasted peanuts (12%), BCAA (L-leucine 500 mg / serving, L-isoleucine 250 mg / serving, L-valine 250 mg / serving), dried whey, Opti-7-DIGEST™ digestive enzymes (papain, alpha-amylase, cellulase, bromelain, lactase, neutral protease, lipase), sweetener: steviol - glycosides.

PREPARATION AND DOSAGE
