With the first spoonful, you will be surprised by the pleasant sweetness of our almond butter and you may want to check the label and look for added sugar. But you will not find any - the sweetness is completely natural and stems from the uniqueness of the Spanish almond variety, which has a higher proportion of fats and sugars. They cannot be compared to the Californian almonds that you most often encounter. Moreover, when we import them directly from Spain, always from the freshest harvest, we remove the skin and then gently roast them ourselves at lower temperatures.
