Folium menthae piperitae
Preparation of the infusion (applies to leaves, flowers and tops):
One to two teaspoons are poured over 1/4 liter of boiling water, left to stand in a covered container for 15 minutes and strained. The infusion is always prepared fresh. Drink 1 - 2 times a day.
