How does red light therapy work?

Blight panels use a combination of red and infrared light proven by numerous studies and extensive clinical practice. They emit energy that penetrates directly into the skin and deeper tissues, where it maximizes cellular energy (ATP), which has a decisive influence on the health and condition of cells. The difference between red light and near infrared light

Red light with a wavelength of 660 nm is mostly absorbed by the skin, which leads to increased production collagen and optimizing skin health. Conversely, near infrared light (NIR) with a wavelength of 850 nm penetrates deeper into the body, promoting muscle regeneration and reducing joint pain. NIR light is not visible to the eye, while red light is visible and can be observed. 

How to use the panel?

Simplicity is beauty. The panel has 2 robust buttons, RED and INFRARED. RED turns on red and INFRARED infrared light. Use the panel ideally in the morning and we recommend using both light components at the same time. The light pulse will thus inadvertently calibrate your circadian rhythm and stop residual melatonin production. This will ensure an increase in morning energy and thus improve your mood. If you don't make it in the morning, nothing happens, you can use the panel at any time during the day, for example after sports performance. However, if you want to perform the therapy less than 3 hours before sleep (for example after an afternoon workout), we always recommend using protective glasses so that your circadian rhythm is not disturbed by bright light. Repeat the therapy at least 3 times a week (ideally once a day) at a distance of 15 - 90 cm from the source for 5 - 15 minutes. If used more than once a day, sessions should be at least 6 hours apart.Wear protective glasses during therapy. For easy use, the panel can be placed on a flat surface or leaned against furniture.
