Instructions for preparing herbal, fruit and spice teas: Pour boiling water over a tea bag per cup (approx. 250 ml) and let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
 

Instructions for preparing green and white teas: tea bags Pour hot water (70-80 °C) over a tea bag per cup (approx. 250 ml) and let steep for 2-3 minutes.

Instructions for preparing black tea: Pour boiling water over a tea bag per cup (approx. 250 ml) and let steep for 2-3 minutes.
