UrinoMedicus is an effective herbal complex with D-mannose, which supports normal urinary tract and kidney function and immunity and relieves premenstrual syndrome.

The base contains a high proportion of greater nasturtium, which is considered an effective booster of the urogenital system and immunity. The complex also contains D-mannose and the powerful antioxidant spirulina, which strengthens immunity.      

Recommended daily dose: 1 tablet 2x daily
