We first lightly dry-roasted the hand-selected, fresh almonds, and then covered them with a generous layer of dark chocolate. This is how we carefully produce Vilgain Almonds in Dark Chocolate, always in small batches, so that they reach you as fresh and crunchy as possible. And as always, this snack boasts the purest possible composition. Without glazing agents, lecithins and other additives - that's why the surface of the almonds in chocolate is matte.
Not only are they comparable in taste to any dessert from a pastry shop, but you also get healthy unsaturated fatty acids, antioxidants (vitamin E), fiber and vegetable protein into your body. It is not for nothing that almonds have been voted the healthiest food in the world.
Artisanal chocolate with 65% cocoa content
