Vilgain BIO single-seed unrefined avocado oil has a very mild taste and is a great helper in the kitchen.
The oil comes from Hass and Fuerte avocado varieties, which are some of the tastiest and also boast potassium and vitamins, especially vitamin E, which helps protect cells from oxidative stress. The oil also stands out for its high content of monounsaturated fatty acids. Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet contributes to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels.
Due to its high smoke point (approx. 200°C), it is suitable for both hot and cold cuisine. You can use it, for example, when frying or as a salad dressing.
