You'll love avocado oil for both its versatility and its taste. It tastes and smells very delicately and, thanks to its high smoke point (270°C), it is suitable for both hot and cold cooking.
The oil comes from the premium Hass avocado variety and is grown in Kenya, which has ideal climatic conditions. This particular variety is one of the most delicious and is characterized by a high content of potassium and vitamins – especially vitamin E, which helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

Recommended use
- Shake well before use and spray onto a cold pan or dish from a distance of 10 - 15 cm.
