Vilgain Beef Broth - Flavorful Seasoning with 75% Beef

Enjoy any soup, sauce, spread and many other dishes in an instant with our Vilgain Beef Broth. This fine paste with a strong taste of beef and ideal solubility will show you that it is not broth like broth.

Only 3 ingredients

To produce one package of Vilgain Beef Broth, we used 232 g of beef from Czech farms - a full 75% of the contents of the glass. The rest is then supplemented with vegetables (parsley, carrot, onion and zucchini) and salt. Nothing more. The consistency is a fine paste that dissolves well in food and will help you flavor any dish quickly and easily.

12 hour long broth

Honest beef and turkey bones are an important base of slow-drawn broth. We bake them together with the vegetables for 30 minutes - then we just fill them in jars and pasteurize them. Quality raw materials and first-class processing do not need any chemical enhancers, preservatives or dyes.

One spoon per half liter of soup

Vilgain Beef broth paste can be used to flavor all dishes (soups, sauces, spreads, side dishes,...). Just mix one tablespoon in 500ml of water. So you can make up to 7-8 liters of broth from one package.

Vilgain tips:

• Try to spread the broth on toast
• For flavoring, it is best to mix in warm water until you reach the ideal smooth consistency without lumps.  
• Mix the spreads with butter, cream or cottage cheese. To soften the broth, stir first with a little and gradually add more layers.
• You can finish the soups directly, there is no need to stir the broth beforehand.
