Compared to the Czech plums, Vilgain plums stand out with larger fruits and a softer, creamier flesh. They are dried using a more demanding process, in which the stone remains inside the flesh, thus retaining high juiciness. But don't worry, after drying, we pitted the plums so that you can eat them straight away or use them in recipes.

With plums, you will not only get B vitamins and vitamin K in your diet, but also valuable phenolic acids and high fiber content that supports digestion and the intestinal microbiome.
