Vilgain Dried Yeast - yeast not only for pizza, completely free of emulsifiers
Vilgain Yeast is a special dried yeast completely free of emulsifiers or other additives. It is primarily suitable for making pizza, but you can safely use it in any yeast dough. The dough made from this yeast does not shrink, holds its shape and retains stability for a long time.
Fast activation and perfect structure
Our yeast is the result of a special yeast drying technique. Also thanks to this, it only needs to be activated for 4 minutes in a little lukewarm water and then work with it as usual according to your needs. The yeast is suitable for optimal dough rolling, which is then easy to work with - easy to roll out and shape. In addition, there is no deformation in the lower part of the dough.

Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) 100 %
Instructions for use
- The yeast must be activated in lukewarm water (35 - 38 °C) for 5 - 15 minutes before use.
- Then immediately added to the dough.
- We recommend a content of 10 g of yeast per 1 kg of flour.
Preparing Pizza
- Mix the yeast in a small amount of lukewarm water (35 - 38°C).
- Let the solution stand for 5 minutes and then mix again.
- Mix with flour and other ingredients according to your own recipe.
