How does such a freeze-drying process actually work? Peaches or other fruits (even vegetables) are exposed to high degrees of frost and then slowly dried in a vacuum, completely removing water. This process gives the fruit its typical lightness, retains its color, aroma, and flavor. In addition, the fruit is packed with vitamins, which are preserved as fresh fruit because it is not affected by heat. Peaches naturally contain vitamin C and vitamin A. In smaller quantities, they also contain vitamins E and K, vitamin B3, iron, magnesium, manganese and other micronutrients.

Freeze-dried fruit can be used anywhere you use fresh fruit. You can use it to decorate and flavor porridge, yogurt, muesli with milk, or smoothies. It is also very popular with confectioners, as it can be used to decorate desserts easily and effectively. Peaches can be used whole or crushed between your fingers - thanks to perfect drying, you will create a fine fruit powder. Freeze-dried peaches have another interesting property - once you soak them in water, they will swell again and regain their original size, structure and will be indistinguishable from classic fresh fruit.
