Vilgain Freeze-dried Strawberries, or in other words, freeze-dried strawberries, can enhance any sweet dish or dessert in terms of taste and vitamin content, which is not destroyed by freeze-drying. Strawberries are of premium quality and certified. They meet all the requirements for food standards in the EU.

Strawberries or other fruits are exposed todeep freezing and then slowly dried in a vacuum, completely removing water. Through this process, the fruit gains its typical lightness, retains its color, aroma, taste and the vast majority of micronutrients.

You can use freeze-dried fruit anywhere you use fresh fruit. You can decorate and flavor porridge, yogurt, muesli with milk, or smoothies with it. They are also used to decorate desserts simply and effectively. The strawberries can then be used whole or you can crush them between your fingers to create a fine strawberry powder.
