Are you a pasta lover, but would you like to choose a nutritional alternative? Whole grain egg-free spelt pasta Vilgain, made purely from BIO quality spelt flour, meets these criteria.
Spelt is one of the oldest cereals. It is easily digestible, has a slightly nutty taste and you will find a whole range of minerals, vitamins and 11 % vegetable protein. These valuable substances are preserved because the pasta is whole grain and therefore contains the outer shells of the grain.
Preparing pasta is easy and quick, like regular pasta, and it can be used classically as a side dish for meat, vegetables, sauces or in salads or soups. They are suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets, as they do not contain any ingredients of animal origin.

Instructions for use
- Put 100 g of pasta in 1 l of boiling salted water and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Drain the cooked pasta and serve.
