Dosage
- Take 1 capsule daily
- ideally in the morning (contains caffeine, so as not to disturb sleep)
- to support performance/weight loss: ideally dose before exercise: EGCG and caffeine can support metabolism and fat burning, so taking 30-60 minutes before training is appropriate
- for energy and concentration: ideal to take at the beginning of the day
