Extract from the leaves of the Chinese tea plant (Camellia sinensis L., standardized to 40% L-Theanine), cellulose capsule.

Country of origin: Made in the Czech Republic.

Recommended dosage

• Take 1-2 capsules daily.
• Concurrent use of L-theanine with caffeine (preferably in a 2:1 ratio) helps to reduce its rapid onset, supports concentration and prolongs the effects of caffeine.
• L-theanine affects brain processes and promotes relaxation within a short time after use.
  
• Long-term daily use in recommended doses has no negative side effects.
• Ideally take in the afternoon or evening to promote relaxation.
• Although it is originally derived from green tea, it does not contain caffeine, and can therefore also be taken before bedtime.
