Ingredients
MagChel® magnesium bisglycinate, acidity regulator: citric acid, chicory fiber, natural flavors, beet powder, sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia.

Dosage
- Take 6.5 g daily.
- Mix 6.5 g (1 scoop) in 150 ml of water.
- Mix thoroughly, ideally in a shaker with a spiral. Unmixed product may affect the taste and sweetness of the product.
- We recommend taking with meal, ideally in the afternoon and evening hours due to its relaxing and sedating effects.
- The use of magnesium bisglycinate is suitable for physically active individuals who have an increased need for magnesium intake. It is suitable to take with meal or in the evening, as glycine has calming and relaxing effects. Magnesium Drink has a higher proportion of elemental magnesium compared to capsule variants, therefore we no longer recommend simultaneous use with other dietary supplements containing magnesium.
