They are not oatmeal like oatmeal. We did a really good job with the selection and our choice fell on flakes originating from Finland - it is characterized by unique climatic conditions for growing oats.
Our oatmeal is ultra-fine and softens very quickly. Just add water or milk and you're done. You can flavor the porridge with toppings, protein, fruit or nuts.
Thanks to the low glycemic index, energy from complex carbohydrates is released gradually over several hours. The flakes will also fill you up reliably, as they contain 11% fiber and bind water well.
