Grapes ripen under the Italian sun, from which the boiled grape must is made. In combination with real balsamic vinegar from Modena, a glaze with a distinct sweet and sour taste, a naturally thick consistency and a pure composition without starches and thickeners is created.
Ingredients
Cooked grape must*, balsamic vinegar of Modena with a protected geographical indication (Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP)* (wine vinegar*, cooked grape must*) 20%.
