Vilgain Organic Semolina Couscous is a valuable side dish full of complex carbohydrates and fiber from ORGANIC durum wheat semolina. 

Couscous is an absolutely great ingredient for people who are always in a hurry or don't like spending time in the kitchen. It's ready in 5 minutes and there's no need to cook. Just pour hot water over it in a ratio of 1:1.5–2 (couscous: water/broth) and leave it covered to stand.

You can use it as a side dish, make a “risotto” out of it, add it to salads or use it as a sweet base for a casserole.
