Product detailed description
We only used selected ingredients without any unnecessary extras. All ingredients are from controlled organic farming and we did not use genetically modified ingredients (GMOs). We are the only ones to have chips completely free of refined oils. At the same time, production is oriented towards the production of as little waste as possible.
Frying in sunflower oil reaches up to 190°C and, if it is not a “high oleic” variant, it can producereactive oxidants with a negative impact on health.
We have avoided this by all means. We frycarefully on a low flame using BIO coconut oil. This process took 6 months to fine-tune before we agreed on a procedure that would satisfy our demanding customers.
